Brindles was created with a  stature of massive cedar beams reaching 25ft high. It boasts of people getting together in a warm and friendly environment. Brindles has invented itself since 2004 into what Camano Island and Stanwood has wanted and just what could be brought to the community to share some fun and bring some uniqueness. As of April 1st 2008 another new beginning which is here to stay. Brindles Bistro, Creative Cuisine with an international flair headed up by Chef Greg McCammond is the talk of the area. Greg's menu is superior, with the finest of quality products designed for our loyal customers and guests to the area. Our staff completes the experience with the best of customer service. It is not  difficult when your customers become your friends. We have also expanded including a Wine Bar with wonderful appetizers or a full menu. Another facet to our new beginning is the addition of a Bakery in August. We also have incorporated the Brindle loft into a catering facility. The loft seats 50 people. Its perfect for meeting and parties.
